If there’s one thing we’re looking forward to when it comes to spring––besides, of course, the warmer, sunnier, overall better weather––it’s refreshing our wardrobes with new, comfortably chic clothes in feel-good fabrics. We’re getting ready to embrace a new season; one that promotes ease, freedom of movement, and simplicity, as well as style.

How we dress can absolutely have an impact on how we feel––anyone who’s ever stood, frustrated, in front of a closet full of clothes, feeling like they have nothing to wear can attest––and in 2022, what we all want now more than ever is to balance our mind-body connection and just feel good. We’re seeking feelings of confidence, empowerment, safety and contentment out in the world and in our clothes. 

Sympli’s New French Terry Fabric & Bamboo Fabric Clothes 

Our new bamboo and French terry styles for spring offer up an array of unstructured, soft and airy pieces that prioritize the comfort of the body and provide a sense of softness and reassurance, which, in turn, gives the wearer a feeling of confidence and freedom. French Terry

Often confused with terry cloth (which is what towels and bathrobes are made of), French terry is a smoother, softer knit fabric, similar to jersey, with loops on one side and soft piles of yarn on the other. Often used for loungewear like sweatpants and hoodies, French terry fabric feels plush and smooth on the skin, making the wearer feel cozy and warm. Our French terry collection is made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex, which gives it a bit of stretch, and the pieces are mid-weight, which means they’re lighter than cold-weather sweatpants but heavier than your average cotton T-shirt. We love pairing our cropped, drop-shoulder French Terry Pullover with our French Terry Wide Leg Pant in white for a crisp yet comfortable daywear look (top it off with French Terry Zip Jacket if you need another layer), while the all-black options give you a little bit of added edge.

Bamboo

Another new fabric that’s joined the Sympli clothing family is bamboo, a very breathable fabric that can be stretchier than cotton and feel light and soft on the skin. Our Bamboo Collection is created from a blend of bamboo viscose rayon and spandex, which gives it a high-quality soft feel, a sophisticated look and a unique texture.
