NEW & SIMPLIFIED RETURN PROCESS

We’ve made returning or exchanging an item easier than ever!
To request your UPS return label, simply follow these quick steps on our website:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click “Return Policy.”

  2. In the Return Policy section, click on the “Return Portal” (black box located at the bottom left).

  3. Enter your order number and email address. Your order details will appear — just select the reason for your return or exchange.

  4. Once you submit your request, our team will be notified automatically and will email you your UPS return label.

  5. Print your label and drop off your package at the nearest UPS location.

  6. As soon as we receive your package, we’ll quickly process your refund or exchange.

Request for return needs to be submitted within 7 days of receiving your items, for unworn, unwashed and damage-free garments that have the product tags still attached. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.

Once the item is received in our Canadian warehouse we will inspect the garment and process the return within 5 business days of receipt. Once processed, the amount equal to the purchase price of the returned product less a $10 restocking / handling fee* will be credited back to your account within 10 days (depending on your bank and/or your method of payment). Shipping charges paid on the original order are not refundable.

All discounted products are FINAL SALE - there are no returns or exchanges permitted on these items. Coupon and discounted amounts will not be refunded when items are returned as they have no cash value. When a coupon or discount value is applied to your order, the value amount will be deducted from the refund if item(s) are returned.

Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. The original item must be returned, and a new order placed for merchandise in a new size or colour. Shipping charges paid on the original order are not refundable. If you have any questions please contact weborders@sympli.com.


Price Adjustments

We are pleased to offer a one-time price adjustment on first markdowns only within 7 days of the original order date on full price merchandise. The price adjustment amount will be offered as a refund to the payment method that was used for the original purchase. Please note that once the price is adjusted the item is final sale.


While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be incorrectly priced. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information, Sympli shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
