Pre-Order Policy

PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

Pre-order Processing:
Pre-order items are not immediately available and require a waiting period of 4-8 weeks for delivery. These items have a delayed ship date as they are part of a special production run. We will make every effort to deliver within the stated time frame on the product page.

Shipping:
Warning: If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-ordered items are available. If you request to ship in-stock items separately from pre-order items, both orders will be subject to applicable shipping fees.

Returns: 
We are pleased to accept returns on all pre-order merchandise under our standard Return Policy. However, please note that we are unable to process exchanges for pre-order items, as they are special orders and we do not carry excess inventory.

Order Accuracy:  
Please choose your colours and sizing carefully, as we are unable to amend orders once they have been placed.

Order Confirmation:
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Cancellation Policy:
Pre-orders canceled prior to the ship date will be subject to a $10 restocking fee.

Payment:
Full payment for pre-orders is required at the time of ordering.
