In recent times, we have experienced a significant rise in operating costs, particularly due to the sharp increase in freight charges associated with both local and international shipping carriers. As a result, we have had to carefully evaluate our shipping policies to ensure the sustainability of our business while providing you with the best possible service. 

Despite absorbing these increased freight charges over the past year, we have maintained our standard shipping fees. However, after careful consideration and reviewing our position, we have made the decision to introduce a restocking / handling fee of $10 for all return requests, effective August 15, 2023. This adjustment will enable us to continue offering the level of quality and convenience that you have come to expect from Sympli. 

We want to assure you that our flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 for orders under $300 will remain unchanged, and we will continue to provide free shipping on any order over $300. We value your loyalty and believe it is essential to strike a balance between maintaining our commitment to competitive pricing and sustaining our business operations. 

Please note that this change will only apply to return requests made on and after August 15, 2023. Any return requests submitted before this date will be processed according to our current Return Policy, with no additional fees. However, any return requests made effective August 15, 2023 will be subject to the new $10 return handling fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount at the time of refund.
